FREDDY
F. DUARTE

Mortgage Advisor

Freddy was born in Tyler, Texas in 1978 and has been a Round Rock Resident since 1980. Freddy, together with his wife, Jessica, have raised their children; Mason, Parker, Celia, and Boone in their Round Rock, Texas home. Both Freddy and his kiddos are a big fans of sports (especially the Dallas Cowboys) and often use it as their bonding time!

​In his free time, Freddy enjoys coaching sports, lifting weights, running, investing in real estate, and traveling with his tribe. 

​

Freddy started his mortgage career in 2002 serving thousands of clients since then and is now a Managing Partner at Prodigy Mortgage Brokers.  His passion is helping people achieve their goals and this is the growing force behind his success.

TENISE
LOWERY

Head Loan Processor

Tenise was born and raised in Lubbock and with son Jaylon and daughter Tenisha have called Pflugerville, Texas home since 1998.  She has been a Sr. Loan Processor with Prodigy Mortgage since her partnership in 2015 and has worked with Freddy Duarte since 2005.  As a Senior Loan Processor, Tenise strives to meet the demands and commitments of our valuable clients and business partners.  In her free time, Tenise enjoys watching Jaylon compete in sports, and Tenisha and her husband Dylan travel throughout Europe.

ROSA
GOMEZ

Loan Partner

Rosa was born in beautiful Mexico and raised right here in the amazing Austin, Texas.  Rosa currently resides in Cedar Creek with her husband, Ramon, and three beautiful daughters: Kimberly, Emily, and Janely.  Rosa enjoys the country life raising their horses, cows, dogs, and chickens.  She also enjoys watching shows, horse playdays, and walking with her daughters.  Rosa started her mortgage career in 2016 as a Loan Assistant to Freddy Duarte at Prodigy Mortgage Brokers and has worked her way up as a Loan Partner.   She is very passionate, strong, and dedicated to her career and taking great care of our clients.  She has a giver's heart and loves to help others.

MASON
DUARTE

Marketing Assistant

Mason was born and raised in Round Rock, Texas. Mason loves to spend time with his dogs, family and friends.  When Mason is not working, he is playing with his dogs, working on his jeep or working out at the gym.  Mason loves helping others get better in every aspect of life.  Mason is currently working on his Loan Officer License to be able to serve clients and carry on the family business.

PRECILLA
UY

Social Media Manager

A fun-loving Filipina who loves to spend most of her time with her family by planning crazy get-togethers. When she's not in front of her computer, working; she spends most of her time reading books, watching movies, or doing some arts & crafts project.

Growing up in a clan of OFWs, she was exposed to many stories about different cultures of other countries.
